i asked around how to ge this & found out i have to visit 7/11 in japan to be able to get one.

Yes i am...and i shouldnt have to be, but hey.... if it sells go ahead i guess.
Sorry to say but this game is turning into something im much much less interested in.

If it's anything like last year's Maid and Butler promotion, we'll probably be getting the Journey to the West (or...East I think it was put for XIV, I don't remember) set eventually!

Possible, however i doubt the dev's reads any blogs.
And i just recently reactivated my account after much hassle regarding failed payments for silly reasons.

Just be patient, we will likely get an event a few months after the JP event is over.

The Cloud mount was originally Chinese servers only for many months. Recently they added a promo event in Japan to get it. Probably before Stormblood there will be an NA event and possibly the EU one will make it in before Stormblood as well. This is what they did before with other items like this, and this is what they will do again with this cloud mount and the Goku gear. Just gotta wait.

The problem is your opinion is based off of ignorance and you have chosen to react angrily instead of finding real information.

You seem to be unaware that this pattern has happened before and we are simply waiting for the promotions to come to our regions like they did before hand; like the Maid attire sets.
For Japan, 7-11 is the promoter. For the USA, Amazon was the promoter. And for the rest of the world (lumped into EU) we had a couple of different promotions that were less well received (in more ways then one).

Unfortunately it seems SE has yet again decided to delay the information, so we wait.
