Scout, Caster, Pet. Which class would you want next?

yoshi already said caster said guess it doesn't matter what i think. anyways, id like arcanist as was originally planned. Not to mention with mage reforms a new cster class is most needed now.

At the risk of being overly presumptuous, if you guys decide to make a pet class thats like bst rather then smn I'd like to see a chain sword as a weapon for the class.

couldn't a chain sword be considered a whip. so maybe low lvls would get whips then rare high lvl gear could be something cool like you posted

Honestly I don't care how but I just want a Whip/Flayer class solely because it would be fairly unique as far as MMOs go. Then prepare to see tons of Miqo'te in leather subligar running around with whips.

If you watch the video closely its a sword that breaks apart into a bladed whip of sorts. So you could use it as a sword (traditionally I suppose or as auto attack) and breaks into the fancy-pants moves for weapon skills. Watching the video its not hard to see those moves translated into FF14 attacks.
