Yeah don't go the bank route it can and will get your account banned had it happen cause my bank thought it was fraud had to start all over why i strictly buy crysta now. Also best of luck with whatever is going on irl.

Most places don't charge until order ships which I'm pretty sure the SE stores follows that's also so don't really know why people are saying go to bank since most likely nothing even been charged yet. Plus going to the bank so never be the first thing that comes to mind, should always try to get a hold of the company that order is from first.

I had used early access code and got my preorder cancelled. In my orders on square enix store their is an option to cancel.

I emailed them about this since I cancelled mine through the store and they said I won't be charged
