Why everyone wants do PotD speed run?

Well. The question is.Why people wants speed run EVERY SINGLE THING in the game?

I suppose it's because people are afraid to be stuck with bad players if they don't do it in time and it s what i don't like in this game.

When a patch release it s the race to kill primal very fast and if we don't kill it in time, anyone didn't do it anymore.
