Current Moogle Model(not about weapons)

I personally think the Moogles in 14 have a very ugly model. It seems like they do not even fit into the gritty world. I would personally like to see moogles similar to Final Fantasy XII:


Plus with a style similar to this, they could become a playable race as they seem a lot more unique in each Moogles appearance - so it would lend itsself well to in player creation screen.

Even if they don't let it become a playable race do you think in version 2.0 Moogles should get an overhaul in appearance?

I honestly prefer the classic look they have now but I really, really, really love your idea of the above model becoming a playable class. If they want to do that I'm all for it. That would be sick and I'd rather play as xii's model than xiv's.

While I totally understand the tradition of moogles and their original appearance vs appearance over time, I actually enjoy this post as I loved the moogles' overall design in FFXII. Ivalice or not, I thought it allowed for a really diverse and interesting set of moogles. Instead of being somewhat one-dimensional or following one purpose, I felt it really brought a depth to them that I enjoyed

God, please! I've been hoping for Moogles to be a playable race ever since I saw those aprils fools screenshots! Why SE dosen't want my money!?



As for the Ivalice Moogles, I think they look better than the old style but it seems that the Moogle topic is closed for SE and we are getting the old cudly Moogle. T_T

there is nothing wrong with FF12 rabbit/rat looking moogles. but i'm a bit of a traditionalist so i do like the classic moogle most.

(you don't get more classic than mog. and as far as i remember there was not rabbit/rat moogle mog)
