Put known issues in Support Center

I had to contact support because I got the following while trying to add subscription time.

When I tried searching for it in support center I get

A Knowledge Base article could not be found based on the search criteria. Please try again with different search criteria.

After spending time filling out a series of support forms and waiting for someone on chat support.

Agent Thomas 18:56：First off, the -24202 error is a browser error. This means something has occurred on the browser you are currently using when the payments were made. This can be fixed by changing the browser (for example, Firefox instead of Chrome) and then trying again.

This seem like a complete waste of time to not have this information popup when the error happen or have it come up on the support center.
