On Apr. 18, 2017 from 2:00 a.m. to 10:50 p.m. (PDT) / April 18, 2017 9:00 to April 19, 2017 to 5:50 (GMT) / April 18, 2017 10:00 to April 19, 2017 6:50 (BST), the following issue was affecting the iOS version of the “FINAL FANTASY XIV: Libra Eorzea” app updated with Patch 3.57 data, but the issue has been resolved.

- An issue in the iOS version updated with the latest data wherein after closing the app, any subsequent app startups would force close the app and would not run correctly.

If you have been affected by this issue and are unable to start up the app, you will need to reinstall it. Please uninstall the Libra Eorzea app, reinstall, start up the app, and update with the latest data.
