    Luminous crystals

    so based on the new patch we are only required one of each crystal but my quest is still red, so i dont really get it...

    You need to go to an NPC in more dhona (don't remember her name but if you take the stairs by Rowena until you are outside again, then go left, you will see her) to exchange the luminous crystals for black and white ones
