    Square Enix shop contact.

    Hello!

    I'm sorry if I shouldn't post here about the shop but I'm out of solution.. >w<

    I ordered the latest FFXIV art book almost a month ago. But the delivery company was unable to deliver it to me and sent it back to the SE shop.

    I tried to open requests on the site and send e-mail, but weeks later I still have no answer. I would like to change my delivery adress but... well...

    Any one know how I could do to contact them and make them send me my parcel...? T^T

    Did you try getting in the chat support? They can't take weeks to reply on chat support.

    Try going through US/NA support. It's not the same but if they tell you to go through chat support in UK, you can ask them the link.

    Good luck their phone numbers don't work on past invoices and seems that email support takes almost 2 weeks from my experience. I was only able to get through to them Via email.

    It was by mail, about 2-3 weeks after I send mine >o<
