Has anyone else accidentally vote kicked wrong person?

So, I was doing POTD with my friend, and the tank disconnected. I was left with two DPS. So, we decided to vote kick the tank and I was chosen to do it. I accidentally vote kicked the DPS who was active and everyone said "yes" so he went poof. Only my friend and I were left. We failed POTD. I feel so bad for accidentally kicking him.

I did not but I've seen other vote kick another player by mistake. What is surprising here is that people don't read! They blindly click "Yes".

Nope, because I always double check. I do the same when a Vote Kick appears if initiated by another person. Far too many people just click the box to make it disappear.

No. I make damn sure I know who I'm vote kicking before I initiate a kick, though I rarely kick anyone in this game.

I was once wrongly kicked, however. It was in WoW though. I was on my Rdruid and someone said to kick the tank, who was also a druid. I assume they forgot to pay attention to which druid they were kicking.

I would feel terrible if I kicked someone accidentally. I always make sure to double check everything.

I rarely vote kick, unless its apparent, and i rarely ever click yes unless its undeniable. That being said ive asked to be vote kicked before, rarely happens

I've never vote kicked wrong, but I have clicked the wrong button trying to just get it out of my face only to realize that I'd just helped the party member I'd rather lose kick the one I'd prefer to keep. I ended up quitting the party after, and now I try to be more careful about scanning over anything that randomly pops up in the middle of an instance.
