Help with levequests please

I'm looking for accurate info about levequests. According to the wiki and other sources there are 6 different level 25 leves for weaver and 6 for level 30 and so on. In game 3 are offered but not the high xp courier leve I wanted. So I figure if I do 1 it will be replaced with 1 of the remaining 4, right? I did 10 but the 3 offered never changed even with changing zones and relogging. I asked around in game and was told the 3 are 1 each of the 3 different types and don't change. Is this right? Is there an up to date list somewhere of different leves and xp rewards so I can plan material gathering and leveling better? Or was I given bad info, the wiki is right, my reasoning is sound and I just happened to roll a 1 in 4 ten times in a row.

Hard to tell Leve sometimes can get update so they will never be 100%. I would use the Loadstone app application for accuracy.

Nope, crafter leves are all available at all times. 3 from the levemate out in the field at whatever appropriate-level area, and 3 in the city each DoH is based in. Either you need to check back at the Adventurer's Guild in Ul'dah, or at Quarrymill/Costa del Sol.

Additionally, the ones available at each location never change. For Weaver, a handy list.

Pretty much this, another thing to add here would be the way of cycling leves. If I read your topic correctly that seems to be an issue you're having and it can be very confusing at times.

Pick up all leves available at the npc (works only with leves lvl 15 and up)
Now go and complete all 3 of them but do not turn them in
Look up online which leve will trigger the one you're looking for, here's a good link, it also calculates materials and exp etc. for you
Now turn in only that one specific leve and pick up the one you wanted.

In most cases you can repeat this leve 5 times before the prior leve is being displayed again. Just rinse and repeat till you're ready to move onto the next NPC/Zone. Maybe that makes it a bit clearer.
