Unable to use Crysta and Paypal in Mogstation

Although this says it is resolved, my friend is having the exact same issue. Posting on their behalf as their account is inactive and they can't renew till this is resolved

They say that they are directed to a page saying 'Thank you for your purchase' but are never redirected to Paypal in order to complete the payment.

Please help! We want them playing again!

Same issue here! I've tried buying several times but all I get is the "Thank you for your purchase" screen. I've checked my PayPal and the purchase(s) didn't register. I've submitted a ticket for this, but here's hoping something is done about it soon!

I'm also having this issue, it's super frustrating. I don't want to try any more times (already did 3 or 4) in fear of my account getting locked out. Hope it's addressed and/or fixed soon! I never had a problem when the "Add Crysta" option was on that old SE Account Management page, but now that it's done through the Mogstation it seems no good

Same issue. Paypal goes to the thanks page but doesn't work. Credit card gives me error code. Frustrating.

Try issuing a ticket to SE Support regarding that, you'll have more luck than on here.

I did, but I haven't gotten any reply yet. It's been a bit over 24 hours so waiting.

Still no reply from Square Enix. I tried buying a game time card and that also doesn't work no matter how long I let the account sit between attempts.
