They answered about plot sizes. If you move from a small to a big your housing items get put into temporary storage.

Maybe it didn't get jotted down in the write-up? I just got up so I snagged that before starting the morning routine. Will have to watch the actual live letter in a bit.

A2: We are currently in the middle of investigating how much of the player population owns housing, so this is still being decided.
