Housing Furniture Ideas

There have been numerous design contest in the past but as far as I can recall, no "Design your own furniture/housing item."

It would be nice to see what ideas the community has and maybe the developers will hear our voice.

My idea is an outdoor greenhouse that can hold the max amount of gardening with respects to the house size (i.e. cottage, house, and mansion). It would function similar to the aquarium where it holds everything in a submenu function.

I just want another couple of rounds of furniture in different styles, honestly. I've got my small house furnished almost perfectly to my liking, but there's a big empty space in my basement that I just cannot seem to fill.

What I really want to make is a cozy reading nook, but none of the current couches or chairs look comfy enough. I'd also like to see some single book items - either a single book that can be 'posed' in different ways (Closed, opened and facing up, opened and facing down), or multiple items to cover these different poses.

A vanity would be a really nice addition as well. With a mirror would be amazing, but without would also be acceptable. A 'vanity objects' tabletop item would be great as well, something like the meal sets we have, only instead of an arrangement of food, you'd have a classic brush/comb/hand mirror set and a collection of little cosmetic jars and bottles.
Something like a bathroom sink, or even a small basin with a water jug if they want to get really old-fashioned (even though Eorzea clearly has running water) would be nice, too.

You might check out the housing forums here. There's a specific thread there for feature requests and ideas. A good 160 pages worth so far.
