They could also be deliberately missing out the Mok, who aren't really visible as a tribe like the others are.I noticed the blurb for the Azim Steppe mentions that there's 50 known Xaela tribes as opposed to the 51 mentioned in the lorebook.
I wonder if the Hotgo are no longer regarded as a tribe in the wake of the massacre brought upon them by the Dotharl (Who seem like they'd be the go-to choice for an antagonistic tribe), or if perhaps the empire recently decided to make an example out of one of the tribes after they tried to resist, though I suppose it's also possible they just made a typo.
I'm also a bit curious as to whether or not there might be any Alexander-related dialogue changes in the zone, since it seems like the most likely spot they'd come up, especially if the fate of the Hotgo is brought up at some point.
