I bought the digital collector's edition a while back and went through the activation site; Mogstation is currently showing the Early Access as registered and has the pre-order bonuses, but not the actual collector's edition or collector's items.

When is the collector's edition supposed to be definitively linked to an account? Do I need to wait until release date to receive and enter the actual collector's edition codes?

You won't get the bonus items until the game releases.

As for when it will show up on your mog station account, no clue. I pre-ordered day one and it's not on my account, but like you, the early access is. There should be no other codes to enter other than the ones you have already entered.

I did the same back as HW came out, and it didn't show the collectors edition till the game was officially launched. However I did get my collectors edition items during early access which was a bit weird but I am not complaining lol. I assume this time it might be the same, just keep an eye on it during or right after early access and if it still doesn't show, write a ticket and include your order e-mail.
