Question on the Livestream/Bonus Items

Hi there, have a question on the bonus (High Summoner outfit) item you get from purchasing the LiveStream.

I just bought the Frankfurt live stream and got my PayPal receipt. Where am I supposed to obtain the codes to put into the Mog Station to get the minion and the High Summoner attire?

No, I don't believe so. That offer ID number doesn't fit in the Mog Station format for item codes.

If you bought it from Cleeng, they should have sent you a separate receipt, should be in there.

I received a mail from "information-no-reply@cleeng.com" with the items key after completing the purchase.

When I bought mine, I used PayPal. So i was supposed to get two receipts. One from paypal and one from Cleeng. With the last stream, i didn't get one from Cleeng, and I sent them an email, telling them I didn't receive one. So they just resent it to me. They were very kind and helpful. The email should have shown up right away i think. If you didn't get one, I would send them an email ^_^
