How should it work without spoiling the quest story?
This would be way fun.
For the community's eyes, players could submit the quest acceptance dialog box, you know the one that gives a brief one-liner about the quest's premise and tells you what the reward will be if you complete it. And maybe the journal entry (quest name, reward, description; not objectives and not summary). Then the objectives and detailed walkthrough can be reserved for the devs' eyes only.
For example, the community would see this for each entry:

Nice try! You have to be a dev to see the quest objectives and walkthrough!
