Enmity bar while healing and monster list?

I have noticed when you select a party member to heal them, the enmity bar under class icon disappears. Is there a way to get this to always show even when selecting a party member? Also, I noticed all the monsters you are fighting don't always show in a list unless you hit them once. Is there a way to show all monsters that are aggroed on the party without attacking each one?

Should be a setting under in game configuration on what to display, as for showing enmity on adds with out attacking, not that I know of. As a Healer I just dot mainly on them to help so don't really have a problem. Healers can sometimes dps based on your style.

One way to get them all to appear real fast is a simple aoe heal - although I am sure there must be better ways just none are coming to my mind right now.

The enmity bars under party members is specific to the enemy you have selected so it will disappear or change depending on what you have selected. The colors and shapes of the icons next to enemy names in the enemy list is an indicator of where you are on that specific enemy's enmity list.

Healing a target that has threat on the enemies (your tank) will put you on their enmity list as healing generates enmity. However, do NOT needlessly aoe heal, aoe healing generates a lot of threat. Simply healing your tank should put you on the enmity list for the enemies (and make them show up in your enemy list).

Those show the enmity of the mob you currently have selected. When you select a party member, there's nothing to indicate whose enmity you'd want shown.

This would be a major improvement, not so much for healers, but for everyone else. As others have mentioned, you can get enmity on mobs by healing whichever other players have enmity (hopefully that's the tank, but if anyone else gets enmity they're also likely to get damage, so healing them works too). So healers shouldn't have much trouble getting all the mobs on their enemy list. It's still an issue for DPS, though, who need to hit all the mobs before they can select them easily. And for tanks especially, it means the enemy list and its aggro icons won't help them spot when an extra add shows up and sees their teammates first.

Doesn't the enmity stay displayed when you have focus target on the mob? Not logged in but I am sure it does.

If there are so many mobs that tanks or DDs don't have them all on their enmity lists, the players should be AoEing anyway.

No it does not. It does stay there though if you scroll over someone instead of select them though. Though for the purposes of a healer, the indicator next to the enemy names in the enemy list should be fine.

Maybe if there were something on the healer hud that showed general or average enmity that would solve the problem. Usually if you are putting out a lot of threat on one just by healing you will have a lot of threat on all the mobs.
