Most of the time both tanks standing around in dmg-stance waiting for the other to change ... I have to remind them sometimes that if they queue as tank they better should start tanking and not wasting other ppls time ...

I've run into a number of them, usually in 24 mans but occasionally in 8 man content. It can get nasty sometimes. A few weeks ago, I did a Void Ark where I voiced my issues with that happening. I got the final boss, and we were under 25% when one of the other tanks pulled it off of me just to be an ass.

I generally never see the issue of neither tank wanting to go...probably because I start in tanking stance unless a more appropriate tank comes along.

Dear ranged DPS. You really don't have to stand right next to the boss. If you are hit by every attack it just gives me unnecessary extra work.

I actually find it more annoying when they are not near the mob. They are normally at a distance that they miss out on buffs.

Don't call me tank, healer or any variation of my class/job name. It's very rude and if I'm offended I might just let you die.

If you think that is rude wait till you see the names I call you when you let me die :P

Dear healer. Do not ask for bigger pulls. I know how much aggro I can confortably manage.

Dear Tank, dont tell me to not tell you to pull more. When I ask you to, it means I am confident in my skills and can handle it.
If aggro is your only problem, I assume spamming ONE button a few times (Flash/Unmend/Overpower) isnt really too much to ask for.

(please, I have never never played any tanks before in any MMORPGs before this game and its so damn easy after just playing it for a few days while youre lvling it...
Tanks dont have any highly-demanding rotations or anything other than their main 1-2-3 combos
and maybe some AoE which they can use after just using their Enmity-increasing AoE ability a few times and pressing
like 2 buttons at a time for defensive CDs like every 20-30 secs....)

I also feel very sorry if the healers you have encountered only use Cure and Stone.

you really dont wanna understand it, do you? Especially when both healer and tank rotations are rather simple,
it means if I can do my job to the fullest incl. stance dancing, I can at least ask the basics from the tank,
especially after having it played myself.

This is annoying no matter what job playing, especially when a person name is only 4-5 letters long.
