    Still takes time transfer each month it seems so you'd have to log in each month before billing and transfer?

    You can transfer a surplus whenever you want and schedule payments for every month (or buy one of the packages).

    Depends on how much you can afford. I try to keep enough on hand for 3 months woth of play. SE will deduct from what you have on hand to cover the next period.
