"Legacy" Neck Tattoo DISAPPEARED

So, contacting a GM did nothing, and calling Square the representative passed the buck (in a very rude and condescending tone btw) and told me to post here.

My main Miqo'te, Saikumi Diabolos, (Keeper of the Moon)'s neck tattoo has just vanished. I have screenshots that I did infact have this tattoo, I'm NOT imagining it. My other Miqo'te, Zetsubou Kitsune, still has her's, which I also have screenshots of. But I just noticed it has vanished on my main (I had been wearing a coat on my character for quite awhile and just today tried a new glamour and realized it had vanished)!

Both characters are on Balmung world server, if that matters.

I have tried the Aesthetician thing that has apparently been reported to fix this due to a bug when changing appearance, but it didn't help.

EDIT: I have tried all variations of the toggle command. /legacymark, /legacymark on, /legacymark off, /lmark, /lmark on, /lmark off.

I've never had a legacy mark as I started 2.2/3 so am not sure if you mean that triangular thing on the neck that Zetsubou has, rather than between the shoulder blades like Saikumi. It just made me wonder if the shoulder blade tattoo somehow "switches off" the legacy mark permanently. Obviously that would be a glitch but it is a possibility. I hope you get it sorted.

Both are the same tattoo in the same spot. It's just the lower character has something around her neck that covers most of it.

It's as Stitches1974 said, they're the same mark, Zetsubou just has gear covering half of it, but it's still there on her. But for Saikumi is has vanished. The picture of her I posted is prior to it vanishing as proof that I did/do/should have it.

Fair enough, it's the larger mark. In that case I unfortunately have no idea what to do, other than hope for a resolution from a developer. =(

Heya i have had this a few times. It did happen when i changed hairstyle but then happened a few times after. I noticed if i clicked display head gear on and off it would come back. I would have to keep doing this certain times when i had changed gear.

Mine seems ok recently though gl maybe worth a try
