    friend cant use free trial

    trying to get my friend to join my adventures in Eorzea, and he cant log in It keeps saying he needs to enter a registration code. All attempts to log in make him have to pay for subscription. When he tries to activate the free trial it says he already has... I thought free trial restrictions were removed???

    Did he read the notes on how it works?

    He can also post it in Forums. So that they can see it or call it up for tech support.

    I did see that. So it's going to take a few weeks to go thru all the accts??? Because it's been over a week now.

    the trial also has an extra client to download, perhaps he downloaded the client for the full game?
