Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
You can, but you really can't. Sure, you could buy the expansion just for the Au Ra, but with that purchase, you're also going to unlock new content once you reach the end of 2.55.
If the muscle/bara race was locked behind a paywall (not expansion wall), I probably wouldn't even consider giving FFXIV a chance. No other race looks as good as a Roegadyn dressed for the leatherman/bear (despite the lack of body hair) bar scene.
You're awfully defensive over someone's opinion about a bunny girl. No one forces you to reply to others if what they say offends you as well. It works both ways.Thing is you wouldn't, stop lying to yourself.
As for everyone, i am amazed at the result. A lot of angry sheep that hate for simple ideas, while some other people wouldn't mind it.
Just baffle really haha, a couple viera topic there and there and people go batsheep crazy. No one forces you click on the topic, read and reply to it. Have a nice day :3.
Have a pleasant Monday regardless!
even tho viera posts are annoying at this point we need to keep posting them if we ever want the race to be added, and yes i would pay extra, not sure if $25, but i would pay for it, after the disgusting design downgrade au'ra suffered we need something different
Are you actually serious? I can't tell if this is a joke... Races are a core selling point of playing the game, I already pay through buying expansions and paying a subscription. Since when was having a race be common an issue? especially with customisation, and why is putting it behind a pay wall in any way respectful to those who pay for a subscription?I disagree.
I've only suggested something with aesthetic value. I won't support anything beyond that. But paid aesthetic items are worth it to me. It ensures a level of exclusivity. Remember in 2.0 when we got our magitek reaper? Everyone had them. Cool mount. But so common it lost its appeal. One issue with half-elezen (the race I would buy), is it would likely be played more than elezen if it were free. Lets be honest, elezen aren't played much (this could be hurting viera too just so everyone knows). A race that looks like Hilda.. a popular character and good looking one at that, would be played probably nearly as much as Hyur.
That hurts the racial diversity in the game. However, putting it behind a price tag would allow them to get some reward for the effort without changing the entire racial dynamic. You wouldn't see as a large exodus from other races.
I understand that you are a whale, but this is a P2P game, and the content delivered needs to justify the subscription cost. If we start putting races on mogstation, where does it end?
If we are going to say its just aesthetic, I have an idea: how about we remove glamour prisms from the game and put them on the cash shop, they can be cheap and bought in bulk, but you need to pay in order to glamour. It's only something with aesthetic value.

No you should have to pay extra for a race and personally I hope it is not the viera.
You would pay money for an elezen with bunny ears and a bunny tail? Aren't they like one of the least used races now?
Seriously? Like, this isn't a joke thread?
As far as hilda clones are concerned, isn't she supposed to be something rare and somewhat unique? If you think that a $20 payment will keep half breeds rare, you are deluding yourself. The eastern attire is like $20 and upon release it wasn't rare at all. Same for Y'shtola's outfit.

Reading too much of the forums makes me very sad and apathetic.
How about no? We aren't getting a race in 4.0. Get over it and we have enough furries already.
