thats 6.99 for the account and 3 for the character.

if you get a multi month plan, it makes it even cheaper per month(ends up being 8.99 and 7.99 per month based on how far ahead you pay)

yes, but why even charge for the 1st character? That makes things difficult because now you have to pay for an account AND a character, separately. A basic account should include 1 character. Otherwise, the account is useless.
