3.00/char and 1.00/retainer has always been the projected cost since....sept 2010? THEN they decided not to make us pay so obviously we never payed a penny. The knowledge has always been there though. It's your own fault for being ignorant if you never realized it until now.

I know people feel clever when they state facts people tend to overlook, but really? Like everything else in this game, your projected cost was a decision born from a mountain of bad ones, which they are struggling to rectify. According to your logic, Richard, we should still be paying full price since you're stuck in 2010. Apparently, I'm not the ignorant one! Huzzah
