Also, 3$ per additional character is ludicrous. Is this their attempt to make up for the losses in reducing the base fee...?

The 3$ cost for additional characters is the same price like last year.
I think this is ok (we need only 1 char anyway), but where are the retainers we can buy for 1$ ? I need storage place.
