Personal Limit Breaks

I think personal limit breaks would be amazing. I'm sorry the current setup sucks. Tanks get token uses of it, healers only when crap has gone ridiculously wrong, and well dps use is pretty much melee primarily save for a few select instances system is not setup to allow other choices to be valid. And will all the new job specific lb3 animations it's a shame.

Also, to maintain the same level of power make each class contribute to the mix so to get a full healer lb 3 effect res plus full health would require both healers to limit in a full party. To get a full dps lb 3 all dps would need to use it. Etc. in a party of 4 the group gets a res but no extra healing with the healer lb. things like that.

This way each role contributes it's lb to the full effect. And each class has it's own meter.
