How to continue my free trial

Hello,

I have reached level 35 and would like to continue my progression...I have already purchased a digital copy of a Realm Reborn (will purchase Heavensward once I reach level 50) - how do I go about getting a subscription? Do I have to purchase a "time-card"? or do I subscribe online through Square Enix?

Very confused about the process, I just want my experience bar to be unlocked so I can keep playing

assuming you're on PC?

log in to your SQEX acct on the Mogstation and apply the code from your copy of ARR into your account (this would be the Windows/PC version). That should unlock the game for you and add 30 days of game time to your account. Then you can set up either a recurring subscription and pay via credit card or crysta, or if you choose to pay via time cards you can buy those and enter the codes from those to add game time to your account.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having!

Please follow the instructions shown on this Support Center article to upgrade to the full version of the game and continue your adventures! Registering the game code will grant you 30 days of play time, and after that you can use the Mog Station to set up either a recurring payment or register game time cards to extend your time!
