One of my first video games ever was FF6 and I played it over and over. I have since bought and beat every final fantasy game since then and have supported the company over the last 20 years. I recently went to update my credit card information for my FF14 account and accidentally signed onto a very old account and spent $75 on a 6 month subscription that I can't even play because I don't have a PC anymore. I have been trying to have some way to just apply that money towards my PS4 account so that I can continue to play on the character I have been preparing for stormblood when it comes out. No, they will do nothing for me. I am stuck with a subscription that I can't use. I am now a very unhappy customer and am so upset that I don't want to purchase or play any square products ever again.
