Please add a new unique race to 14

I want to the join the Empire, not the furry savages.

What if they made Vivi savages for war? :P

If they can make the city look cool like some of their other cities (Midgard, Zanarkand, Altissia, etc, etc), I'd love to see the Empire in a more friendly term . Although at least from hearing their plan with the empire, that would be like expansion 7.0 XD
