ESO does have more sliders BUT everyone still ends up looking the same unless you go for an extreme look because there is a basic template for each race.

That happens in most games with large customization. Some players just can't be bothered and just copy someone else's. I had very unique characters in ESO, enough to have others ask for sliders. Kept them to myself for that reason. Was even able to make a Dunmer still look great at stage 4 vampirism. That's a feat and a half.
