installed new hard drive ps4 not ffxiv doesnt work

i redownloaded game. it opens than nothing. is it updating bootloader?

I upgraded my PS4 from a 500GB to a 2TB drive and had no problems. Sometimes this happens even without a HDD change, though. Try deleting the launcher and redownloading it, sometimes that fixes the problem.
