Twice, I've had BLM skills go on cooldown, but don't actually give me the buffs.

First time was in Weeping City on April 2. I hit Enochian, but never got the buff.

Second time was today (April 5) in The Striking Tree EX/Ramuh EX. I hit Ley Lines, but never got the circle animation nor the buff.

Both times, the character did the proper animation, but never got the buff at all. The Flying Text (the +(buff) that appears next to you) doesn't appear either.
Ley Lines and Enochian both work properly in other times. These were just very odd cases when they didn't...
