    Unable to reinstal the game

    I previously had the game installed on my D drive. The drive no longer exists, and my computer only has a C drive.

    When I run ffxivsetup.exe, it asks me if I would like to uninstall the game. If I say "Yes", it tells me that an error has occurred with D:\...\launcher.exe (obviously since the drive doesn't exist) and then quits. If I say "No", the installer says "Uninstallation Canceled" and then also just quits.

    So ya....please help?

    Open your control panel, go in the programs and feature and look for FFXIV. If you can't find it there, look on your computer for all files related to FFXIV and delete them manually.
