    On 3/31 my wife sent me an early birthday gift consisting of item codes for the Play Dead emote and the Backflip emote. After entering the item code for the Play Dead emote, my browser loaded up a screen, went blank, loaded up another screen, went blank, and ended on a page that reported the item had been sent to my character "Aurali Aethersong" - not my intended character. At this point I had no way of going back to reselect or cancel.

    Thinking this would be a very easy matter to resolve (apparently not?), I went back to the redeem code screen and this time redeemed the Backflip emote. After entering the code, I received a list of my characters after entering the code and the station did not automatically move forward - however I did notice that the first character in my list was already selected. This meant that the HTML form was considered valid and could be submitted without requiring user input. Thankfully this time I was able to select my correct character "Graestrom Arliz" and found that the next screen (yet another one that I previously was not able to view) was a confirmation screen where I had a chance to select a different character or continue. After continuing, this emote was successfully applied to my main character.

    I have been in touch with Customer Service and have an escalated ticket with them, ref #107694027. They also requested that I reach out to in-game GM's for assistance to try and resolve the matter. After sending two requests to the in-game GM's, they have closed my ticket and informed me to open a bug report here.

    I want to re-iterate that I had no control over selecting my character when I entered the first code for the Play Dead emote. The system automatically submitted the forms and would not allow me to correct it.

    I have not logged into the alt that the item was delivered to and I am more than willing to just delete the character without looking back if it means I can get one of my wife's birthday presents on my main character where it belongs.

    Please assist me in resolving this matter!
