    Isn't it time for a drop rate increase? WC isn't exactly new content that people are running for upgrades; they might run it once a week at most for their Token. In contrast, Echidna has been guaranteed for at least 2 patches now.

    I have seen this drop over and over and over again.... And I always roll a 35 or lower on it. Same for the DS minion and mat... Enough to drive a person mad. I agree that the drop rate should be increased so more people would have it and increase my chances of actually getting it when RNGeebus kicks me in the teeth...
