Card game + Databook + Scan

I actually love the idea of a card game that you can play in-game as well as on mobile devices.

Yoshi-p said he wasn't satisfied with anything the devs presented him when it comes to card games, so maybe something like this would be what he's looking for.

As far as "scanning" the monsters, I'd prefer something like FFX's monster capture system, where you have to kill the monster with a special weapon equipped.

Holy shit, I love this. I would buy a friggin' smartphone for this. A few quibbles with the actual card-battle gameplay itself, I'd have to playtest this as is to actually figure out how I feel about it - putting in a positioning aspect would probably be too triple triad / shoehorned in - but just overall, in general? I really hope this is brought to Yoshida's attention somehow as it's exactly the sort of far-reaching thing I think he was waiting to see.
