Sounds like a great idea, it's a good way to roll up the card-game and bestiary ideas that have been kicking around for a long time.

I support this, I wish I could press like more than once! I think if we get enough likes over here on the english side we should get this translated over to the Japanese side (and perhaps others)

Well, I think most japanese game developers must at least understand written english. If not, maybe Bayohne, Youmukon or Rukkirii will inform the development team.

I thought of translating it into french myself, but I also think a good majority of french video game players understand english well enough (they might have learned English playing old school RPG's like me). And the billing thread over there only got 23 replies, which isn't much compared to the commotion here ...

i really like this idea. i been giving a bit of thought. (i don't remember if i read anything for this) you need some kind of card sink, or there will be so many cards they are worthless, i was thinking npc that beats you and takes a card wouldn't really be a good card sink as most ppl would beat npc's with ease, what might work is trading a collection for some items or something special (if you had a card sink idea that i missed, or think its not needed. thats cool it was just an idea) i really hope your game is implemented

Reinheart should be able to translate this hope he gets a chance to see this amazing idea. I love the concept and everything about it. It would really work well with the vision that version 2.0 is going to have mobile phone accessibility (just the markets and maybe other aspects like trade or mail) This would give me a mini game to play when I'm on the go. Sounds strategic enough to have deep gameplay and longevity but is easy to get started with.

I absolutely think this idea should be placed on Yoshi's desk.
