Purchasing Early Access Stormblood

I purchased Stormblood and pre-ordered so I could have early access. I received a code on my receipt, which I then followed the instructions to receive a code to download a patch on my PlayStation 4. However, once I clicked to redeem the code and download the patch, the option to download the patch never appeared. I did receive a pop up that the code was redeemed, but it is not appearing in my MogStation that I have the code either. Is this an error?

It's not an error, you just have to wait the early access now.
For PS4 owners it's just a bit different, as it's managed by Sony itself. So it should appear on the mogstation at the very first day of the early access. So don't worry.

It told me will start to download june 14,2016. I want to the mog station and it does not say I got early access but I assume it will update sometime I hope. I already but in for vactions

Having a similar problem. I bought Stormblood Collectors Edition on PSN. I see a countdown clock till download begins, but I never received an access code, and Mog Station shows no indication that I purchased Stormblood. I noticed that the countdown clock on PSN is for the 6th or June, is that day of release or early access?

No code it given out when bought on PSN it automatically done.

Correct. When it comes to PlayStation Network purchases, all of that (pre-order bonuses entitlement, ability to play at release, etc.) is done as part of the purchase and requires no code redemption on the part of the user.
