Seems like we will be able to watch this too, and its on Netflix no less! Even if you aren't interested in watching it, you must admit that it is an impressive position for XIV to be in, and I wanted to congratulate Yoshi P and the team for bringing the game this far.

Yes but the dev team made the game, and considering the place the game was in back in 1.0, its amazing to see it featured as the plot point in a Netflix drama worldwide, and I can imagine the dev team are extreamly proud.

If it turns out well and the FFXIV gets praise for it, then you are ignoring the writer/s who did the hard work to make it happen. Yes it cannot happen without the game, but do you think Blizzard had any say in what the creators or South Park decided to do for their episode of WoW?

Dude, when people praise shows like Red Vs. Blue they're not praising Bungie who made Halo, they're saying well done to Rooster Teeth,
