    "Abilities on cooldown"

    (Yes, I know this thread is probably going to get a lot of salt over quickchat but I think these 2 would be genuinely useful)

    My suggestion is to get rid of quick chat and restore regular chat. Keep it as a light punishment for people who would misuse chat, but don't force it on everyone.
