Hello!~ New to the game :3

Hello everyone!~
As the title says im new to the game
I started a few days ago and im alrdy amazed at all the pretty things you can get xD
Since im alrdy at a bad start and spend my first money on a minion and the cheapest costume, i would like some tips for earning money if anyone is willing to share

I want to save all the minions, cute costumes, First Chocobo barding and ofc eventually a house.

Some questions i have:

1: Whats a good way to make money? (crafting maybe?)

2. If i buy a house for a FC do i still need to be lvl 50 and second lieutenant at my own grand company?

3. If i leave the FC while we got the house i assume, the house will stay with the FC?

4. I'm on Cerberus, is it very hard to get a house? And what are the prices generally for a small house for example.

5. I'm currently a Monk and when im 50 i would like to be a machinist, are both classes easy for beginners?

Last but not least. I would really like an Expanse Barding for my Chocobo<3 Is anyone willing to sell it for a decent price? ><
