Well, I suppose it might be worth me coming out and explaining mine. So, shall we get this going? I don't have many disabilities, but they can have some profound effects on me.
Asperger's Syndrome - weakens my ability to communicate, causes me to process information differently
ADHD - causes me to really struggle to focus sometimes. Other times, I can have perfect focus. Sometimes I can become so full of energy I trigger a burnout (I think, not 100% sure on that one)
Dyspraxia - not really so much an issue with FFXIV but where precise movements are concerned, I can struggle, due to the co-ordination required that is hindered by this condition
