    Party-wide skills in 24-man alliance content

    How how come any AoE support skill used in 24-man raids or Frontlines can never extend past your current party (e.g. Medica, Sacred Soil), or certain skills like Eye for an Eye can't be used on tank if not in your party? What is the logic behind that restriction from a design standpoint?

    Because technically, they are 3 seperate parties, and some skills only effect party members

    the spells are not designed to work on more than 8 people. if you heal 3 times more people with one spell, you will also draw 3 times more enmity. tanks enmity generation is not designed to hold against that. and if you design it for that it's too OP in every other content... dat poor WHM in an aoe heavy fight ^^

    I've heard white mage soup is quite the delicacy, that prime pounding from being reduced to a puddle from all that enmity. Dats good eating.... or something >.> <.< >.>

    On one hand, needing only one Astrologian to buff the entire alliance with Balance would be nice.

    On the other hand, you'll end up with six Astrologians overriding each other's cards constantly.

    You can form a full alliance before entering, but you can see them. lel.
