Hey OP would you rather go back to the ffxi days where NMs were claimed to a party so people would actively compete to be the ones to get it and if you were too slow you had 0 chance to get anything?

If you find a hunt you have every right to engage and kill it, this is not bad behaviour. Sure it's nice to wait for people but your are in no way obligated to do so and if people arrive after it's been pulled they should just be grateful they can still get anything at all, unlike if it was a claim system.

Unless you have any kind of solid proof that this is something being done as griefing or some other violation to the terms of use laid out by Square Enix, there is nothing that warrants disciplinary action. As it is, hunts and other open world content is first come, first serve as stated by Square Enix. Even if "early pulling" is purposely being done against a person(s), if the content is open world, it still falls under first come, first serve and there may not be any grounds for griefing in the first place.

Even then, if you have proof that should warrant an investigation, the forums is not your go-to platform unless you're simply here to stir up trouble. Customer service or contacting a GM ingame is where you should be.

Advice: since they seem to be getting a kick out of generating salt, spread the word to cut back on sodium intake levels and stay hydrated. Usually, once people notice their tactics aren't as effective, they get bored and move on.
