Idea for a new crafting system

So, as you may all now about crafting...its normally lonely (at least for me it is). So what if we implement bonuses to crafting in a party?

It could be something simple like "Crafters who are synthesizing get small bonus stats to craftsmanship and control"

Or maybe have a "apprentice" type stat, where if someone is +10 lvls higher and completed at least the next job related quest, you get bonus xp, and better stats, while the higher lvl gets "inspired" by you and gets a 10% bonus to quality and a small bit more CP.

They would HAVE to be the same crafting class and must be synthesising something.

It would be a bit more social with crafting if its like that, and maybe the same could be with gathering, like maybe bonus stats while farming/mining (or a chance for x2 items instead of x1), and fish come at faster intervals/better.

Just making the non-combat more social

just thought of another idea that could be added, I call it "Suppliers Bond". There must be 1 DoH and 1 DoL in a party, MUST be within 5 lvls of each other, and must be on the same map. When the DoL harvests items, he can "mark" them and they will be consumed by the crafter (DoL harvests and marks "Iron Ore", DoH can use that iron ore without trading with the DoL) and the DoL gets a small % of the bonus xp from the quality bonus from the DoH.

This helps both DoL and DoH due to the fact that DoH gets supplies, while DoL gets bonus XP. And if theres a DoL and DoH in a party exceeding the 5 lvl range, then they can still use the items, it just wouldn't give the bonus xp. (also while crafting, the resources consumed would prioritize the marked DoL items).

The Items still count towards being in the DoLs inventory and the crafter can only use the marked ones, you can only mark resources you gathered while in that party and once you leave the party those resources are no longer marked.
