    I'm kidding. Strip away the RNG, reduce the button bloat, and ease the suffering of 30-52 somehow (perhaps the previous two suggestions would solve the problem) and it'll go a long way toward making this player use it more.
    I could see MCH getting a second version of Reload as a buff. A 20 second lasting buff that will always proc your shots without providing you with the additional ammo potency gain per shot that Reload would have gave. This would keep Reload as being the superior buff while still lowering the RNG for the job while not removing it entirely.
