What makes you Tilt?

When everyone spams "Attack Melee" or whatever, and they see me (PLD) stunlocking the healer and decide it's a good idea to come help kill the healer.
The intention isn't to kill the healer at all right now and it almost always results in a failure to kill the actual target.

Or when everyone agrees to attack the melee or whatever in the beginning (and the melee doesn't get the defense buff or anything), and then everyone runs off and attacks everything BUT the melee.
