Top 100 feast lack of diversity

After playing 400 games this season as DRK finally hitting 1870 and dropping the top 100 list on black week I am incredibly salty towards the lack of diversity once again in the top 100. I feel SE totally and utterly disregard balance changes throughout the feast seasons and do not reward people who play niche classes. I think people should be judged or acknowledged slightly at end of each season on their class performance compared to others in their data centre. People should not be pennalised for playing a class they enjoy when it is SE job to make sure they provide a balanced and fair enviroment for all classes to enjoy and compete.

They should do something about DRK cause what they have done is just not enough, however the player base will always gravitate to the best jobs for things like this. It just so happens that monk, warrior, white mage and machinist are at the top of their respective classes atm (with blm replacing mch in JP data centers). So you will always see these jobs consisting the majority of the top 100 so long as they remain at the top of their class.

PLD is no doubt very good too, arguably better than war if the team communicates and has very good dps, but in solo that was a lot to ask for even before the chat nerf. Perhaps in Aether they are still well represented but they are a minority sadly on primal.

Thanks for the acknowledgement, at the beginning of this patch i was hoping for a slight buffer or class changes but was disappointed. They only do changes at end of each season they never reassess classes throughout the season, that is my issue.

Because of the Chat ban your going to start seeing a lot more paladin in solo que, this is due to the fact that more and more people will start using Voice Chat.
Previously, Paladins didn't do as good as Warriors in Solo que but did much better in Light party, but now if you look at Primal Top 10 for example, more and more PLDs are rising up while Warriors are starting to drop.

I remember fighting a Group two weeks ago where all 3/4 members were in Voice Chat, with a Paladin in their team. It was a very strong group.

It's not about the job, it's about playing it correctly. DRK is the only job which can reduce damage by 60%. If people wouldnt use Carnal Chill on healers, but on melee when they ready Raw Destruction, their win rate would be higher.

Clearly thats how i reached that rating and explains the overall lack of drk in all regions... DUH.

Curious to know what is the stats on the jobs of all the DCs top 100 once season 3 ends. I only know one person on the primal DC that plays drk and currently the person is not on top 100, primal DC also lack blm and brd and nin.
